Four former presidents and current first lady Melania Trump were among the many who turned out Saturday morning for the funeral of former first lady Barbara Bush.
Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack and Michelle Obama, and George W. Bush and George H.W. Bush all attended the service at St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Houston.
A statement from the Bush family said that Barbara Bush's son, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, would give a eulogy, along with her longtime friend, Susan Baker, and historian Jon Meacham.
President Donald Trump did not attend the service, the White House announced, saying, "To avoid disruptions due to added security, and out of respect for the Bush Family and friends attending the service, President Trump will not attend."
Barbara Bush passed away on April 17 at the age of 92.
She had been married to former President George H. W. Bush for 73 years at the time of her death.
