Bam Margera Pleads Not Guilty to DUI

Bam Margera pled not guilty today to DUI charges stemming from his arrest last month.
Margera's attorney entered the plea on his behalf.
The "Jackass" star was charged with two counts of DUI — driving under the influence and also driving with a blood alcohol level of .08% — following his January 7 arrest.
As we reported, Margera was stopped by the CHP after officers saw him using his phone while driving, and then smelled alcohol after approaching him. He failed a sobriety test and was arrested.
Margera checked into rehab following the arrest. He has since checked out.
