'Bad Girls Club' Star Shannade Clermont Ordered to Undergo Drug & Mental Treatment After Prison Sentence

"Bad Girls Club" star Shannade Clermont is set to check into prison soon but once she is out, the model will be far from done with her criminal sentence.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge not only sentenced Clermont to the one year behind bars but she will be on three years supervised release after checking out.

Clermont will have to participate in an outpatient treatment program, which may include testing to find out if she "reverted to using drugs or alcohol."

She will also have to complete an outpatient mental health treatment program and take any prescribed medications, unless otherwise instructed. Clermont had to agree to have her property searched at any time with or without a warrant.

Once she is out, Clermont was ordered to not open any credit cards or make any new credit purchases and pay $4,696 in restitution.

The docs note she must check into prison by June 4. She is requesting to be placed in a California facility.

Earlier this month, Clermont was sentenced to a year in prison after she pled guilty to one count of fraud. The model was facing 20 years for trying to make $20,000 in purchases on a card she swiped from a man who died after hiring her as a prostitute.

Shannade Clermont, who modeled the latest Yeezy campaign with her twin sister, had been indicted for three felonies, including wire fraud, access device fraud, and identity theft.

As we reported, Clermont had nothing to do with the man’s death, which was ruled an overdose. She was hired as a prostitute for the evening and swiped his credit card information for a $20,000 spending spree that included clothes and airline tickets.
