Arnold Schwarzenegger's Son Strikes Another One of His Famous Poses

Arnold Schwarzenegger's son continues to follow in his buff footsteps.

Joseph Baena flexed his genetically fantastic muscles Thursday on Instagram in a pose his famous pops perfected back in his Mr. Olympia days. He captioned the pic, "Had to take advantage of the lighting ? #classic #sidechest #trainheavy."

The 21-year-old channeled his inner Arnold in another pose last month that really showed the apple really did not fall far from the protein-packed tree.

Baena also chronicled one of their recent workout session at Arnold's famous stomping grounds, Gold's Gym. He captioned a series of photos by saying, "Getting a great pump with some of the strongest men in the world! Will we see you at the @arnoldsports Strongman Pro?"

Schwarzenegger spoke with "Extra's" Mario Lopez this week about Baena's training, saying, "He is very serious about this whole thing ... He wants to compete in one of the classic physique competitions. He’s training very hard.

He added, "He’s very serious about it and I’m very happy about it because I said to him, 'It’s important to take care of your body, train hard, if you're passionate about that, but also study hard, because the key is to get your business degree at Pepperdine."
