Andy Dick's Wife Claims Drunken Arguments with Son Led to Her Seeking Protection

Andy Dick's wife (more on that in a minute) claims two drunken arguments with their son — including one where the younger Dick locked his father out of the house — are what drove her to get a temporary restraining order against the comedian.

According to court records obtained by The Blast, Lena Sved was granted a TRO against Dick that orders him to stay 100 yards away from her and their children. In her declaration, Sved says she and Dick are married ... which has never been reported before.

Sved claims there were two recent incidents between Dick and their son, Jacob, and she says Dick was drunk during both instances. During one argument, Sved claims Jacob locked Dick out of the house and wouldn't let him back in because he was drunk.

Dick then broke two front windows, Sved claims, in order to get back in the home. By the time Sved arrived, she says Dick was gone and there was broken glass and dishes all over the floor.

In a separate incident, Sved says Dick was screaming and cursing at Jacob and eventually broke several dishes and flipped over a coffee table.

Sved says that due to Dick's outbursts, alcoholism (she says he has a "cyclical drinking pattern" and gets "blackout drunk") and destruction, she fears for her safety and the safety of their children.

The restraining order will remain in place until a hearing next month.
