The temporary restraining order Andy Dick's wife got against the comedian last month has now been made permanent.

A judge issued the order last week, barring Dick from coming within 100 yards of his wife, Lena Sved, as well as Dick's children, Jacob and Meg, and a daughter named Rachel Seff (presumably Sved's from a previous relationship).

Dick must stay away from the couple's home, as well as any places of employment or school.

The permanent order will remain in place for five years, expiring March 13, 2023.

As The Blast first reported, Sved claimed there were two recent incidents between Dick and their son, Jacob, and she says Dick was drunk during both instances. During one argument, Sved claims Jacob locked Dick out of the house and wouldn’t let him back in because he was drunk.

In a separate incident, Sved says Dick was screaming and cursing at Jacob and eventually broke several dishes and flipped over a coffee table.
