Johnny Depp is continuing to gather witnesses privy to the personal struggles he went through with Amber Heard during their volatile marriage, and has now tapped her stylist to testify against ever seeing facial injuries after the actress claimed Depp beat her up.

Depp's legal team obtained testimony of celebrity stylist, Samantha McMillen. McMillen says she has helped style Heard for "major events" since 2014.

Specifically, she describes styling the star for an appearance on "The Late Late Show with James Corden" on December 16, 2015, after the actress alleged Depp had given her two black eyes during an argument that occurred the previous night.

"Throughout the day of December 16, 2015, I could see clearly that Amber Heard did not have any visible marks, bruises, cuts, or injuries to her face or any other part of her body," McMillen testified.

Heard described the alleged incident later, while seeking a restraining order against the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star, and claimed he had split her lip and given her two black eyes. She claims the alleged incident caused her to "truly feared for my life."

Heard's friend, iO Tillett Wright, wrote in an article about the alleged incident, claiming, "She described an all-out assault and she woke up with her pillow covered in blood. I know this because I went to their house. I saw the pillow with my own eyes. I saw the busted lip and the clumps of hair on the floor. I got the phone call immediately after it happened, her screaming and crying, a stoic woman reduced to sobs. As she, shaking and crying, described this 195-pound man throwing the full weight of his body into head-butting his 120-pound wife."

When describing those facial injuries, McMillen said, "Ms. Heard did not have any black eyes, and had been visibly uninjured throughout the day and at that moment."

McMillen's testimony could carry significant weight in the ongoing defamation suit between Depp and Heard, as the stylist is a legitimate witness who regularly works with other stars in Hollywood. In fact, she recently styled Brie Larson's much-talked-about look for the premiere of "Avengers: Endgame."

The stylist also gave testimony about working with Heard on May 24, 2016 ... the day allegedly brutal fight that Heard recounted during her emotional deposition.

McMillen said she showed up to the house around noon and "she came to me at the bottom of the staircase in Mr. Depp’s house and gave me a hug, sobbing."

The stylist was adamant Heard had no marks on her face during their meeting on May 24, but admitted, "Three days after my encounter with Ms. Heard, on May 27, 2016, I saw in the media that Ms. Heard had gone to Court with prominent injuries visible on her face. I knew that she did not have those marks on her face May 24, 2016 when I was with her."

As we reported, Depp's legal team has collected tons of surveillance footage they claim prove Heard did not have any visible injuries in the days after the brawl between the two stars.

Depp's attorney, Adam Waldman, tells us, "Today’s sworn declaration provided by Amber Heard’s own stylist adds to the overwhelming body of evidence demolishing not only her already throughly disproven May 21, 2016 hoax against Johnny Depp, but also her phony December 15, 2015 abuse claims against him."

Heard has continued to stick to her claims of physical and verbal abuse by Depp, and has vowed to fight the $50 million defamation suit filed by the actor.
