Three-time Olympic Gold Medalist Aly Raisman Says She Was Sexually Abused By U.S. Team Doctor

Aly Raisman — a two-time national team captain — has come forward to say she was also abused by former Michigan State and USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar.

Raisman made her allegations in an interview with “60 Minutes” set to air this Sunday and her new book, “Fierce,” which is being released next week.

“Why are we looking at why didn’t the girls speak up?” Raisman said in the interview. “Why not look at what about the culture? What did USA Gymnastics do, and Larry Nassar do, to manipulate these girls so much that they are so afraid to speak up?”

Nassar already faces 22 counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and was most recently accused sexual abuse of by Raisman’s teammate, McKayla Maroney.
