Adam Levine is possibly days away from shutting the door on his single days, because the sale of his former home is almost complete.
We’re told Levine’s Beverly Hills bachelor pad went into escrow on February 28. The house was listed in November for $15.95 million. Even though it’s pretty pricey, it didn’t sit for long, because someone came along and only offered $50,000 less than asking price.
The 5-bed 7-bath 7,100 sq ft house features a media theater, gourmet kitchen, library, gym, a two-story garage and even its own speakeasy.
Levine’s realtor, Kurt Rappaport, is representing the “The Voice” star on the sale. He’s been raking it in lately after also selling the musician’s Holmby Hills mansion for $18 million … in straight cash.
We’re told “The Voice” star, his wife Behati Prinsloo and their two daughters have been searching for a “Turn Key” home for their family … and have been looking at property in Calabasas and Hidden Hills.
Escrow can be a tricky situation, and could potentially fall through for a number of reasons. But, as of now, it looks like all systems are go for the growing Levine family.
