There are multiple reports of an active shooter at the YouTube headquarters in San Bruno, California, and one alleged employee said he is “barricaded inside a room with coworkers.”

Police tell The Blast they’ve received multiple emergency calls about an active shooter and officers are on scene at the HQ.

The Blast has obtained audio from when the incident was first reported, and officials say people were running out of the business and someone was seen with a “gun” and “came from the back patio.”

Video taken during the incident appear to show police rush into the building with guns drawn.

Photos from the scene show people walking out of the building with their hands raised as cops surround the location.

According to the emergency audio, officials claim there are multiple “patients” inside.  The exact severity of the injuries are currently unclear.

The Tweets from people near the campus started flooding in around 1 PM Tuesday afternoon.

One man said, “Active shooter at YouTube HQ. Heard shots and saw people running while at my desk. Now barricaded inside a room with coworkers.”

Another person said employees started to evacuate because the fire alarm was going off, but then everyone started running when it was announced there was an active shooter.
