Aaron Carter was hit with two misdemeanor violations after rear-ending a guy at a stop sign.
According to the St. Petersburg, FL police report, Carter was cited for failure to stop at a traffic sign and operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration. His registration expired in April.
Carter first mentioned the September 5 accident on his social media, saying he broke his nose in the “severe” accident after his airbags deployed.
The report says Carter slammed into the back of a car because he was following too closely and did not anticipate the other car stopping at a stop sign.
It also notes his car was towed at the scene, but he was not transported to the hospital.
