Cazzie David is breathing a fresh, healthy sigh of relief.

The daughter to comedian and actor, Larry David, says she’s finally in a “healthy” relationship after experiencing toxicity in a former one.

Not only is Cazzie the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” actor’s daughter, but she also famously dated Pete Davidson from 2016 to 2018.

This was during a time when Davidson was experiencing his massive rise to fame and soon became a household name on “Saturday Night Live.”

From the outside looking in, their relationship seemed great… until it wasn’t.

You see, after they broke up in 2018, the “King of Staten Island” star seemingly got into a whirlwind romance with singer Ariana Grande overnight.

Within a few months of excessive PDA and red carpet appearances, Ari and Davidson were engaged.

At the time of their explosive headline making engagement, Cazzie stayed quiet on social media.

It was upon her return from a trip that she made a slight dig at her ex and his then-new fiancé.

On June 1, 2018, she posted a photo of herself smirking at the camera and captioned it, “Been in Africa, what’d I miss?”

As fate would have it, Ari and the ‘SNL’ star ended their engagement and have gone their respective ways, and so has Cazzie.

The actress recently appeared on Alex Cooper’s infamous podcast, “Call Her Daddy,” where she confirmed she was in a relationship.

She told the raunchy-mouthed host, “It’s been a while.”

Time aside, things in her new relationship seem to be on the right track.

Cazzie explained, "Once you're in a healthy relationship, you almost feel like they don't even like you. Not that they don't, but it's because it's healthy. You don't need to text all day every day. You could even go a day where you don't text at all or that they don't say that you're literally the most incredible person they've ever met in their entire lives."

While breaking down her dating history, Cazzie opened up about the “love bombing” she experienced in a past relationship.

Love bombing is the act of showing someone excessive attention, giving extravagant gifts and making grand romantic gestures as a way to later manipulate you

Disclaimer!!!

Cazzie did not mention who the relationship she was referring to was with, and The Blast is in no way insinuating the relationship discussed was the one she had with Davidson.

Of the “love bombing” she endured, Cazzie said, “It works really well…once you're in a relationship with that person, you're constantly trying to get back to this time when it was amazing."

She also revealed she thought she would be with ‘this’ person for the rest of her life, and looking back now, she had some sound advice for listeners.

“If someone hurts your feelings and they genuinely don't care how it's affected you, that is like the biggest sign ever," she explained.

She also recalled a time when an ex was travelling to see her, but prior to flying out they mentioned they needed to talk.

If you didn't know, the phrase, “we need to talk,” means RED ALERT!

Much to her shock and humiliation, her partner wanted to talk to her about the lack of sex the couple was having.

“At first, I thought it was a joke," she exclaimed. "After, I said I would obviously have sex more with them and was apologizing—I was genuinely humiliated."
