'Vanderpump Rules' Premiere: What You Can Expect This Season

Vanderpump Rules is finally returning. Fans have been waiting a long time for the popular Bravo show to come back. Some even feared it would get lost in indefinite hiatus after all that drama went down after season 8.

Now with a slight change-up in the cast, and more grownup drama, the reality show is hoping to redeem itself.

It took a long time for the cast of season nine to be confirmed. Just like the series, some individual’s contracts were up in the air for their lack of… sensitivity. Returning to the popular Bravo show this season is Katie Maloney and her husband Tom Schwartz, along with his business partner Tom Sandoval and his partner Ariana Madix.

Fans will also get to see Scheana Marie and her baby daddy Brock Davies battle it our with Lala Kent over some disparaging parenting rumors. James Kennedy and his fiancé Raquel Leviss will also play a bigger role.

Shockingly enough last season newbie Charli Burnett got to keep her spot on the show but, like former cast member Stassi Schroeder, Kristen Doute, Brett Cipriani, and Jax Taylor among plenty more, she too almost saw the boot for some erratic behavior. And, of course, Lisa Vanderpump.

Or, so say’s Lala Kent. The trailer revealed that the new mom made some sketchy accusations against Scheana’s baby daddy. This may be the first child for the “Good As Gold” singer but it is allegedly baby number three for Davies.

The trailer went on to show a quick snippet of Scheana furiously defending her man but, unfortunately, for her, the accusation is already out there and, there may be some truth to it.

Fans of Bravo know that restaurateur Vanderpump spent a chunk of the pandemic trying to keep her businesses afloat. The show features restaurants Sur and Pump mainly, and in last season the spicy Brit opened a bar with the two Tom’s. Fand will most likely have their time filled with all the lows the pandemic has brought the popular eateries.

We will also get to see more of TomTom, and it also looks like the Tom’s want to open another bar as well. As for Maloney, she is trying to tag on to whatever her husband is doing because as per usual, she doesn’t have much going on, especially now that her two besties Schroeder and Doute won't be joining her this season.

In addition to Davies's alleged four or five other kid’s accusations, Scheana is struggling with body image issues after having her baby Summer. Finally, a normally quiet Madix lashes out at Kent for being a "bad friend".

Overall, the season seems like the same old drama with fewer faces.

If you plan on watching, it is returning tonight, Sept 28 on Bravo. The cast is just as pumped as the fans, many of them have posted about how excited they are to share this special season. Kent shared a photo of herself looking unpleased with her arms cross a sure indicator that drama is ahead.

She didn’t reveal any details in the caption she just made sure her followers know the time and place. Scheana triggered her fans by reminding them, “It’s all happening tonight on Bravo! Season 9 is here! What are you most excited for?? #PumpRules”.

Other cast members like Burnett and Madix kept the same energy. Are you tuning in tonight?
