The lead comes on the heels of Brian's family calling 911 on the reality star after he showed up announcement at their home. Dog called it "a shame" that the family called the police instead of simply answering their door and working with the reality star on the case. Of course, Brian is a suspect in the death of his fiancee Gabby Petito, and Dog is known for hunting down suspects on the run.

Audio of the incident was posted on Monday, indicating that Brian's mother called 911 to report the unwanted presence of the reality star. "The female, Roberta...called in on 911," a dispatcher can be heard saying. Adding, the caller "referenced a situation with the male."

Dog The Bounty Hunter broke his silence on the situation, saying, "It’s a shame they wouldn’t speak with us." Interestingly, Dog claims his goal was to help capture their son "alive." The indication is that he believes the situation may not end well if he is confronted by the FBI or police officers.

He continued, "The police said we were welcome to knock on the door so we did. I wanted to tell the Laundries that our goal is to find Brian and bring him in alive."

"We've been called to the house numerous times for all sorts of issues: media, protestors, celebrity searchers," said the North Port Police Public Information Office. Adding, "It's not something normal. If the family calls and is concerned, we will respond like we would for anyone."

In the end, Dog hopes he can still connect with Brian's parents. "The dad can still reach out to me, through social media, let’s get the kid captured alive. Alive," he said.

As we reported, Chapman was captured on camera arriving at the Laundrie's home and knocking on their door before walking around the property. The reality star told reporters he is offering his personal tip line for anyone with information leading to the capture of the suspect. The Dog said his team will be checking the tip line every 10 minutes.

A spokesperson for the reality star told the media he simply wants justice for the Petito family and feels compelled to use his notoriety and skills for the national manhunt. Anyone with information is asked to call 833-TELLDOG, and he says anyone who drops a line will be completely anonymous.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Brian Laundrie in connection with the death of his 23-year-old fiancee. While this warrant allows law enforcement to arrest Mr. Laundrie, the FBI and our partners across the country continue to investigate the facts and circumstances of Ms. Petito’s homicide,” an FBI spokesperson said.

The manhunt is still ongoing.
