Machine Gun Kelly got into another physical altercation!
The rapper turned punk/rock singer had a fight during his latest gig at the Louder Than Life festival this weekend. He got into a confrontation with a concertgoer.
He Got Shoved
According to Page Six, an unidentified man in the crowd shoved the 31-year-old musician while he was singing — which caused the fight.
In a video taken from another concertgoer, the “Bloody Valentine” singer was seen performing until a man dressed in a gray T-shirt and glasses suddenly pushed him. Security rushed to the scene, and the act angered MGK that he appeared to have punched the perpetrator. However, it was unclear from the footage whether the singer really hit the man.
After the commotion, Kelly went on to finish his song, while walking away with security surrounding him.
He Got ‘Booed’
Apart from the brawl, MGK also made headlines for allegedly getting “booed” on stage.
While performing, he received mixed reactions from the crowd, with some fans showing their disapproval of the “My Ex’s Best Friend” hitmaker.
At the Louisville, Kentucky festival, which took place on September 25, footage from the metal-leaning event showed some unhappy concertgoers. In another clip taken that night, the crowd also apparently chanted “you suck,” and revealed a section of people holding up their middle fingers directly at Kelly.
After sensing the crowd’s negative reaction toward him, he told them, “Well, enjoy the rest of the concert,” feeling defeated.
However, MGK took to his Twitter page and addressed the booing incident.
Addressing The Incident
i don’t know why the media lies in their narrative against me all the time but all i saw was 20,000 amazing fans at the festival singing every word and 20 angry ones. https://t.co/hcjJ3LCfKU

“I don’t know why the media lies in their narrative against me all the time but all I saw was 20,000 amazing fans at the festival singing every word and 20 angry ones,” he wrote.
The tweet included a video from a supporter who was closer to the stage, and it showed the crowd singing along to MGK’s song and actually enjoying his performance.
Why He Was Booed
According to the same outlet, the hate the MGk received during the festival was probably due to him trashing Slipknot at the Riot Fest in Chicago earlier this month, specifically the band’s frontman, Corey Taylor.
MGK seemingly called the band “old, weird dudes with masks,” and he also told the crowd he was happy he wasn’t “50 years old, wearing a f–kin’ weird mask on a f–kin’ stage.”
Taylor allegedly made comments about him at the Cutter’s Rockcast in February.
“I hate all new rock for the most part,” the Slipknot singer said. “I hate the artists who failed in one genre and decided to go rock and I think he knows who he is. But that’s another story.”
A few weeks ago, Kelly was also involved in another physical altercation with MMA fighter Connor McGregor at the MTV Video Music Awards. However, the fight was short-lived and the former rapper never commented on it. Not even his girlfriend, Megan Fox, who was also at the event.
