An Allegedly Drunk Nicolas Cage Was Thrown Out of Vegas Bar

Another day and another bizarre Nick Cage story to report. A video of the star was leaked to The Sun in which we can see what appears to be Nicolas Cage in his pajamas. At least they look like his pajamas, but you never know these days with the way that the fashion game goes. For all, we know those leopard-skin pants that he’s wearing could be the real deal and worth thousands of dollars. The incident took place at Lawry’s Prime Rib on the 13th of September. Luckily things didn’t get too violent. 

We can say that there are some conflicting reports as to how the scene came about. There are claims that Nick Cage was actually drinking at the place. There’s even talk that he was having some expensive whiskey with some tequila shots. That sounds like the perfect recipe to get drunk out of your mind and start making a scene. 

When the video starts though Cage is already at the reception area of the restaurant, and soon he finds himself on the outside looking in. With a blonde member of the staff not letting him back into the place.   

Apparently, the pajamas and all of the crazy things that he was saying and doing made certain folks also at the bar believe that he was a homeless person who was trying to get into the restaurant. An eyewitness told The Sun, 

“We were at that bar at Lawry's when we noticed what we at first thought was a homeless man completely drunk and being rowdy.” The witness went on to add, "To our shock it turned to be Nicolas Cage. He was completely smashed and was getting into a bit of a fight with the staff.” 

Some people take being told that they are rowdy as a compliment. However, in this particular instance there doesn’t seem to be anything positive about what Cage was doing. According to the same witness interviewed by The Sun Cage was shouting at people and trying to get in fights. Luckily the staff was able to restrain him before any serious altercation with any other restaurant guest that day took place. We were going to say night, but it looks like this all went down in broad daylight! Ultimately someone from the restaurant did take Cage home and that was the end of that.

There are some people that just can’t handle Vega. Nicolas Cage just seems to be one of those folks. This is obviously not the first time that the “Leaving Las Vegas” actor has had a night to regret in Sin City. Just a couple of years back he was also saw him trying to get married in Vegas while pretty clearly under the influence of alcohol. In that instance, he showed up 4 days later requesting an annulment of the marriage. On the grounds that he was not in a decent state of mind at the time!
