Britney Spears is taking financial safety precautions against her impending marriage to celebrity personal trainer, Sam Asghari as she drafts a prenup with the aid of her lawyer.

It comes as no surprise that the "Princess Of Pop" who reportedly has a net worth of about $60 million is mobilizing her legal aids to draft her prenup.

Spears Lawyer Confirms Prenup

According to TMZ's reports, attorney Mathew Rosengart who confirmed the news is involved in the prenup process but the eventual drafting may be done by a family lawyer.

The star's 27-year-old partner seemed okay with her decision, joking that it was he who desired a prenup to protect his shoes and his jeep from his fiancée.

News of the American icon's prenup arrangements surfaced just a day after her Iranian partner popped the big question to her. 

On Sunday, the singer-songwriter took to Instagram with the news of her engagement but did not say when her upcoming third marriage would be taking place.

The affirmation of the prenup comes amid the singer's ongoing battle for freedom. The window to end the superstar's conservatorship was reportedly opened by her father, Jamie Spears.

Spears and Rosengart took advantage of the window and just filed documents setting the stage to end the conservatorship this Fall.

The award-winning icon and her legal aid agree with Jamie Spears in that the conservatorship no longer serves a legitimate purpose and must end immediately.

Details Of The Engagement 

The 39-year-old had big news to share with fans and family when she returned to social media according to a previous article by The Blast. She took to Instagram to update fans about her romantic getaway with Ashgari.

The songwriter who shut down her Instagram page, days after she posted photos of herself wearing a sizable diamond ring, returned with photos at her engagement getaway to Palm Springs.

A giddy Spears, who appeared to be at a private nature-style environment, gushed about her engagement in the caption of her post, 

"Some shots from my weekend getaway to celebrate my engagement with my … FIANCÉ… I still can’t believe it !!!! I couldn’t stay away from the gram too long so I’m back already."

The celebrity personal trainer also took to Instagram to show off his partner and her Cartier diamond ring. He captioned the post with king and queen emojis. 

Spears' Upcoming Hearing

Amidst peaceful protests and support from fans, Spears is looking forward to the end of her 13-year-long conservatorship and taking back her independence.

In a recent report by The Blast, Rosengart agreed with the idol's father that the conservatorship must be canceled without any need for more medical evaluation as Britney expressed to a Judge in June.

A court hearing will be happening next week regarding the removal of the singer's father from the conservatorship, as Rosengart claims Jamie Spears raked in millions of dollars from it.

The legal aid pushed for the appointment of a temporary conservator for the idol's estate while the conservation is in a cancellation process.

The performer's legal team alluded to the fact that the judge in charge of her case allowed Spears to form a legal party of her choosing. 

This proves that the star has the “capacity and capability to identify, engage, and instruct counsel of her own choice.”
