'Bachelor In Paradise' almost became a special on the weather channel, after the cast and crew were evacuated from their filming location in Mexico, due to a massive tropical storm.

The scary situation unfolded on Tuesday night's episode of the hit television show, and members of the case could be seen packing up and leaving the area. The cast and crew had been staying at Playa Escondida Resort in the oceanside village of Sayulita.

As you know, the show was filming earlier this summer, and production had to be temporarily shut down due to the massive storm. Producers of the show addressed the cast, saying, "I know you guys are all expecting there to be a cocktail party and a rose ceremony tonight. Unfortunately, that will not be happening."

He continued, "There’s a dangerous tropical storm rapidly approaching, and as of an hour ago, it’s heading straight for us. For the safety of all of you guys, our staff, and our crew, we are recommending that we evacuate immediately. We actually believe it's no longer safe for you guys to stay in Paradise.”

As you can imagine, the cast was horrified at the news and reacted to it on camera -- might as well film on the way out right?!

"Earlier today I was stressed about who I was gonna give my rose to, but now I’m stressed about getting out of here and being alive," Tia Booth told cameras as she packed up to evacuate the area. For good measure, Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt rushed to give each other a kiss -- no knowing when they would see each other again. "I don't know when I'm gonna see him again. This could be the end of 'Paradise' for us," she said.

In the end, producers could be seen covering up the set with tarps and stacking up the furniture as best they could as the cast piled into vans to make their escape from the area. As you know, the specific beach the show if filmed on was hard hit by the story, but fortunately, there was no serious damage. The cast was able to return to the area on the next day, and finish their regularly scheduled activities for the show. Cocktail party time!

Interestingly, most fans of the show were not worried and voiced their opinions on social media. "Y’all it’s literally a tropical storm...the dramatics," one person wrote. Another added, "In Florida, we get a tropical storm every day like dramaaaaaaa!"
