Billie Eilish Is Releasing Two Air Jordan Collaboration Sneakers Made From Vegan Materials

Billie Eilish remains one of the biggest artists in the music industry, all while still only being 19-years-old. She achieved superstardom in the spring of 2019, with the massive success of her debut hit single, "Bad Guy." Her debut studio album, "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We All Go?," soon hit the top of the Billboard 200 chart, and is 4x platinum in the US.

Throughout the summer, there was speculation about Billie possibility connecting with Jordan Brand, to have her own sneakers. She's always been one to set fashion trends, especially with sneakers. For the past few months, photos have surfaced of Air Jordan 1s and Air Jordan 15s, which appear to be the sneakers that are the collaborations with Billie. The 1s are a "Ghost Green" design, which is perfect for Billie's style, as she first sported green hair, in 2019. The Air Jordan 15s come in a beige colorway, which is also getting huge fan reviews. Billie took to her Instagram feed to express her excitement about the upcoming release and also detailed some interesting components of her Jordan sneakers. They will contain 100% vegan material, along with 20% recyclables. She also labeled this collaboration as an "incredible and surreal experience.

In addition to this epic Jordan Brand collaboration, Billie continues to shine with her music releases as well. In late July, she released her second studio album, "Happier Than Ever." This was led by hit singles such as "Your Power," "My Future," and "Therefore I Am." This project went on to debut at number one, on the Billboard 200, and is Billie's second straight number one album.

Billie's momentum will definitely ride into 2022, as she has her "Happier Than Ever" World Tour, starting at the start of that year. It kicks off on February 3, in New Orleans, and concludes on July 2, in Zurich, CH. Special guest performers include Willow, Duckwrth, Jessie Reyez, Jungle, Arlo Parks, and Girl In Red. Many artists have already resumed touring this year, as COVID-19 vaccine rollouts have been in full effect in the US, but other superstars such as Billie and The Weeknd, have decided on early 2022 to start their huge tours.
