The Blast broke the story, Bynes has been staying at a sober living group home following a relapse earlier this year.

She is currently under a conservatorship, where the court and her mother have some control of her medical treatment and finances.

Her family filed documents in court several years ago after Amanda was hospitalized following in incident where she almost lit her dog on fire. At the time, it was determined she was not mentally fit to control some aspects of her life.

After the hearing we are told, Bynes will continue on her current treatment path, including the sober living home.

Sources close to the actress tell The Blast, Amanda has "not been doing well" lately, and her family and doctors felt the best place for her at this point, is in the group living situation.

Also, the pink hair and new look, we're told the pink hair is not an indicator of Amanda's fashion forward thinking, it's actually a concerning sign of issues with her mental health.

The good thing is that Amanda showed up to the hearing, worked with her lawyers on her current situation, and is working back towards stability and sobriety.

Amanda's situation mirrors that of Britney Spears, who is also currently undergoing a court investigation into her treatment and situations regarding the management of her conservatorship.

Bynes admitted in an interview with 'Paper' magazine, she tried cocaine and ecstasy recreationally, but the drug she abused most was Adderall.

The prescription medication and stimulant has been at the center of several celebrity issues, including most recently with Bam Margera. During the investigation into Mac Miller's death text messages were obtained where the late rapper was asking for the drug.

She recalled in the interview, there was a "new 'skinny pill' and they were talking about how women were taking it to stay thin. I was like, 'Well, I have to get my hands on that."

Amanda recently finished fashion design school, and everyone is pulling for her to make a full recovery and possibly work in that industry.
