Daniel Craig is planning on inviting some very famous guests to the premiere of his new James Bond film, “No Time to Die.” The Palace has confirmed that two royal couples will be in attendance at the London premiere of the film. The film’s original tentative release date was in mid to late 2020. However, film producers didn’t want the film to go straight to streaming and hence decided to hold out until the COVID-19 pandemic eased up a bit.
Who Will Be The Royals Attending The Event?
Two pairs of Royal couples have confirmed their attendance at the world premiere of the film. Which is potentially set to mark the last time that Daniel Craig will play the role of 007. He said that last time though, and he still came back for this new film. So, we really can’t take Daniel’s words all that seriously. The event will feature the presence of the Prince of Wales and Camilla Duchess of Cornwall. While Prince William and Kate Duchess of Cambridge will also be in attendance.
They’ll Both Be There On Official Duties

High-ranking royals usually get first dibs on certain patronages that can be more interesting for them. We talked about this throughout Prince William’s presence at the European soccer Championships cheering on England. William is not only an avid soccer or football fan as they say across the pond. He’s also the honorary president of the British soccer federation.
In this case, Charles is a major patron of the British Film Institute. While Prince William has been the President of BAFTA, yes the ones that hand out the famous awards, since 2010. Therefore, both will be at the premiere on official duties.
Not Bond’s First Meeting With The Royals

This won’t be the first time that Daniel Craig as James Bond will share a stage with members of The Royal family. Daniel Craig’s James Bond was also famously featured in a video that was aired at the inauguration of the London Olympic Games in 2012. In that video Craig actually shared acting credits with Queen Elizabeth. The short scene saw Bond greeted by Queen Elizabeth to then have the two supposedly skydive into Wembley Stadium where the opening ceremony for the games was being held.
They Won’t Be The Only Stars On Hand

Besides the royal couples and Daniel Craig, there will a couple more A-list stars on hand for this highly anticipate premiere. Rami Malek, Léa Seydoux and Lashana Lynch who star in the film alongside Craig will be on hand. As will Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell who sing the film’s theme song.
The premiere is also set to include a number of front-line workers. Their presence at the premiere will serve as a way to honor their work. The proceeds from the event will be donated to help former members of MI5 and MI6. The stars are set then to come out for a massive party for a good cause. It’s a win-win all around.
