The Real Housewives of Miami star's dress was black. The number featured a sleeveless design with a wide section of fabric that covered her ample assets. The ensemble also had large cut-out sections over her midsection and hips, giving her the opportunity to show off plenty of skin.

The daring outfit hugged her body like a glove, highlighting her killer physique. It also featured a big slit that allowed her to flaunt her flawless pins. The dark-colored garment complemented her glowing tan.

In addition to the dress, Larsa decided to add glamorous shoes to the look -- a pair of black sandals with gold heels from Giuseppe Zanotti. She decided not to go over the top by ditching her accessories.

Larsa styled her blond hair straight with a side part and sported a white polish on her long fingernails.

As for her makeup, she decided to fully commit to the sultry theme. She rocked an elegant look in the photo, consisting of a full-coverage foundation, a light dusting of bronzer, pink eyeshadow, black eyeliner, and mascara. Larsa then decided to finish off the look with pink lip gloss that enhanced her pout.

The reality star posed on a flight of stairs for her latest Instagram snapshot. In the photo, Larsa angled her body slightly to the side while lifting her left foot off the floor. She held onto the handrail to balance herself while tucking some strands of hair behind her ear.

Larsa faced the camera, but she appeared to be looking at something off-camera.
