Hailey Bieber Is Proud To Be Known As Justin Bieber's Wife

Hailey Bieber wears the wife title proudly and is not offended when people refer to her as 'Justin Bieber’s wife.' The 24-year-old chatted with Demi Lovato on the singer’s podcast “4D with Demi Lovato”.

She gushed about married life and her career but when Lovato asked her how she feels being known as a “wife” in particular “Justin’s wife”, the model’s answer was not what most would expect from someone who has their own established career.

“It doesn’t bother me,” shared the model. Hailey understands the assignment when it comes to being the wife of someone with a huge fan base. “When you marry someone that is really well known, you also accept that a lot of the time people are going to be like, ‘Oh yeah, that’s blah, blah blah’s wife.’ It doesn’t bother me,” she remarked.

The leggy model points out that she is not threatened by the title because she knows she has “carved out” a career of her own. Bieber was a ballet dancer before she transitioned to modeling and her career has progressed nicely.

She has walked runways all over the world and has been featured in campaigns for high-end fashion brands like Prada, and Superga.

The model detailed that while she isn’t triggered by the title that her husband’s fans have given her, she does not want her accomplishments discounted. “It bothers me when people try to take it and flip it and be like, ‘People wouldn’t know who you were if you weren’t his wife,’ she explains to the “Heart Attack” singer.

Because I disagree. I’m sorry, but I disagree…I have all my own work relationships, I do my own thing, I have my own job, I have my own money,” she points out. The model has the clout to prove it too.

While most people are lucky to get invited to the Met Gala once, the model has been invited on her own merit six times. In fact, apparently, her husband was only invited because of his association with her!

Bieber points out that she worked hard to create herself, especially after the couple’s first breakup. “When we split up and we didn’t talk for a very long time, I feel like I worked very hard to continue establishing who Hailey was and I still work to establish that.”

Bieber isn’t slowing down wither, she has also added YouTuber to her long list of jobs. The fresh-faced beauty shares tips and tricks about makeup, and her skincare routine with her almost 1.3 million subscribers. Her latest video, a Get Ready With Me featuring the Met Gala has already amassed over 2.2 million views.

The model loves what she does, but she is no fool. She knows that her relationship is more important than really anything else. The duo is constantly protecting their marriage. As recently as this year's Met Gala, the couple held each other protectively as a rowdy crowd chanted “Selena, Selena, Selena” while they posed on the famous steps.

Clearly, a bunch of die-hard fans, still ticked off about the “Peaches” singer’s breakup with the Only Murderer In The Building actress. Regardless, the couple stood as a united front and kept it pushing. The singer graciously helped his wife navigate the steps, and stood back as she did her thing and posed for the camera.
