“And despite your mother’s background and your Glamma’s determination to refer to you as forty reincarnated, I know better,” he says. “A boy is not what we expected and I would be lying if I said the thought of a mini-me was surely exciting and not without challenges.”=

Joe then reveals his hopes for his little boy.

“I’m hoping you do as I say and not as I do. But for you, I can change. I’ll be a man you look up to. A man you will be proud to call dad. So, what to call you? A name that’s strong but not intimidating. Classic but not basic. Literary of course, because you’ll grow up in a house full of books,” he says.

The teaser reveals Joe and Love (Victoria Pedretti) name their little boy Henry. Upon giving birth, the fictitious couple move to Northern California to “start new.”

“I’ve always believed in the one. To be your dad is changing me. For you I’d move to some soulless suburb. For you I’d marry the monster, your mother Love. What could go wrong,” Joe says.

Throughout the narration, the trailer jumps around from the past to the present to what murders lie ahead.

Joe seemingly becomes obsessed with his neighbor who goes by the name, Natalie Engler. It appears the two get caught up in a love affair and you can guess what happens next… nothing good.
