Earlier this week, Chris Brown‘s home got a visit from the police. However, this time, he wasn’t the one causing problems. His security man filed a report against a man who reportedly spat on him.
Per TMZ, the police were called to Brown’s home in San Fernando Valley around 10 PM, for an alleged battery case involving his security.
The publication said, “We were told a man came riding up to the property on a motorbike, and Chris’ hired muscle lit the guy up with a flashlight to figure out whether he was a guest or just a dude cruising the neighborhood. They stopped him and asked why he rode up to the house.”
The man apparently didn’t like being questioned so, he “spit in the guard’s face and rode off into the night.” The police took the battery report but no apprehension has been made yet.
Brown’s Birthday Broken Up By The Police
This wouldn’t be the first time that the police would be paying Brown’s house a visit. In fact, on his birthday, the cops had to step in.
An apparent invitation to the birthday bash was posted on Brown’s Instagram account. It was marked by only cryptic equations.
The police received multiple calls about loud music and cars double-parked all over Brown’s area. The music went on for the whole day, but his neighbors reached their limit in the wee hours of the next morning.
On their call, the police reached Brown’s crib around 2 a.m. and spoke to his security. The music was eventually turned down and that marked the end of the party which had over 500 guests in attendance.
The police confirmed that the guests were obedient as a video showed them making their way out of the area. Improperly parked cars were also issued a parking ticket but no arrests were made.
The area’s city councilman, Bob Blumenfield, acknowledged the risk parties posed amid the pandemic.
He said in a statement, “As we’ve made so much progress against COVID-19, we still need to do everything possible to get vaccinated, be responsible and make sure that more people don’t get sick.
Even before the pandemic, massive house parties like this have been an issue throughout the city, severely disrupting our communities.
But the reality is that we’re still in the midst of this pandemic and irresponsible events like this have the power to create more outbreaks and set back the incredible gains made.”
Brown Was A Suspect For Battery
In June, the police visited his crib again after a woman claimed he smacked her weave off.
The woman mentioned that he hit her in the back of her head so hard that her weave fell off. This happened during a heated argument between them.
TMZ reported on the story exclusively, claiming law enforcement personnel told them that the police were called to the singer’s infamous house in San Fernando Valley.
The woman alleged that Brown slapped her, making part of her weave fall off. A battery report on Brown soon followed. The victim, however, had no visible injuries aside from the alleged dislodged weave.
No arrests have been made so far, and TMZ alluded to the charge either getting filed as a misdemeanor or completely being thrown out altogether once the city attorney got the case.

Also, Brown denied the woman’s allegations via his Instagram account. He wrote on his Instagram story, “y’all so damn cap.” He also added several laughing emojis to emphasize the ridiculousness of the claim.
Who Is Brown Dating?
Brown hasn’t been seeing anyone that fans know about. This is since he broke off from his ex, Karrueche Tran and other love trysts. Although there have been rumors of the duo getting back together, the actress came out to set things straight.
“…there was an event at Six Flags for Space Jam,” she wrote in a comment on The Shade Room. “There were a ton of other people there. Next.”
Brown and Karrueche split up for good in 2014. This came after she learned that Brown fathered a daughter, Royalty, with Nia Guzman. Tran also got a restraining order against the singer, which she discussed in an interview with Ebro back in 2017.
“I’m always positive and I’m just focused, more than ever right now, on work,” she said at the time. “That’s just the goal for me. There’s no drama or anything like that. I do have the restraining order in place. We live our own lives and that’s how we move.” She explained that she filed a restraining order for her safety.
“It just got to a point where it’s just like, I can’t. Just to make sure. And I live in L.A. I’m from L.A. So I move around how I wanna move, you know what I’m saying? So that’s what I felt that I needed,” she concluded.
Wrapping It Up
While fans understand that people make things up, and sometimes musicians are targeted for just being famous, it’s very difficult to believe that Brown is a victim.
People do not even have to mention the Rihanna assault case from 2009 to make their point, but there has to be something going on with this man for him to constantly be put in situations that are quite unnecessary and incriminating.
We can only hope this former R&B singer comes to a point in his life where controversies like this don’t overshadow his attempt at a successful career.
