Having fans back at College Football games is one of those things that sports fans probably didn’t realize they missed so much. This week though, Ashton Kutcher showed up at his alma mater the University of Iowa. To comment on the University’s football team’s upcoming game. He was supposed to be coming in with some home-field advantage. Local fans though let him know they maybe weren’t big fans of his recent rant about not bathing often. Kutcher was pretty much heckled all throughout his time at the university and of course his on-air time as a guest of ESPN’s College GameDay.
A Bit of Context
We are pretty sure that University of Iowa fans happen to be avid readers of The Blast. Last month we reported about an argument that Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis had over how often they should be bathing their kids. To keep a long story short, Ashton believes that you shouldn’t be taking a bath all that often. Going as far as to say that doing so 4 times a week is more than enough. Literally saying that he personally only throws some water on his face even after working out!
Fans Let Him Hear It
According to reports fans in Iowa started heckling Ashton since he got off the private jet flight that took him there. Yes, this was his Alma Mater, but Ashton has come a long way from his Iowa days. As Kutcher is explaining a charity initiative that he’s currently involved in chants of “take a shower” erupt from the crowds. They can be heard clearly a couple of times throughout the broadcast. We’re not sure that Kutcher was expecting such a hostile environment. The appearance was actually meant to be more of a homecoming for him.
GameDay is at Iowa State today but their guest picker was Iowa fan Ashton Kutcher.

A Bar of Soap To The Crotch
Are you interested in maybe picking up some of the “healthy hygiene” habits that Ashton has? The “That 70s Show” actor hasn’t just shared information about the number of days that he cleanses himself. He’s also shared his cleansing routine. We already mentioned that he sometimes only splashes water in his face after working out. He’s also mentioned though,
“I wash my armpits and my crotch daily, and nothing else ever,” he said in a previous interview “I got a bar of Lever 2000 that delivers every time. Nothing else.”
No Reaction From Kutcher
There was no direct reaction from Kutcher to the heckling from the fans. Although he later did post more love for his alma mater on Twitter. Both he and Mila Kunis have similar views on this bathing idea. Kunis has also said that she didn’t bathe her kids much as newborns. While Ashton pretty much said that he wanted to see dirt on his kids before he feels the need to bathe them!
For Kunis it’s almost a way to make her kids understand what life was like for her growing up. She’s said on the subject,
“I didn’t have hot water growing up as a child, so I didn’t shower much anyway, but when I had children, I also didn’t wash them every day
