Halsey is nailing the whole motherhood thing, but at the end of the day she’s only human and is feeling the struggles that come with a newborn.

She announced she was pregnant with her “rainbow baby” in January with a surprise announcement.

The “Be Kind” singer documented her pregnancy on Instagram and welcomed her first child Ender Ridley Aydin on July 14.

Halsey looks absolutely amazing after giving birth; however, she admitted she feels different.

She took to Twitter on Thursday, September 9, and filled fans in on how her postpartum journey is going.

“My pregnancy has changed my body so much. Learning how to have a personal sense of style when you’re not used to your new shapes has become a real struggle,” she wrote. “To all the mommas (or really just anyone going thru something similar) I feeeel you.”

She continued, “The pressure to look “androgynous” as a means of gender non-confirming expression (as a big titty breastfeeding mom) coupled with expectation to have a perfect body right after birth is a cocktail of confusion. I’m patiently reminding myself to do me in any way that feels good.”

She also posted photos to Instagram from a night out on the town with her boyfriend, Alev Aydin. Halsey captioned the pics, “Mom and dad’s night out. ❤️‍🔥 👀 Sheeeesh!”

Tommy Dorfman commented, “PERIOD.”

Carter Gregory wrote, “Love u both 😍,” and another fan wrote, “GIRLLLL 🔥🔥🔥.”

Clearly the fans are loving the postpartum content Halsey is serving up.

The singer previously admitted that she felt like she was treated like a ‘teen mom’ during her pregnancy.

During an appearance on Zane Lowe’s “Apple Music 1” show Halsey explained, “I tried very hard for this pregnancy, and it was like, I’m financially independent, I’m pretty far along in my career, it feels like the right time for me to do it.”

However, that wasn’t the thought process for those around her.

She explained to Lowe the reaction to her pregnancy from those around her was “‘Oh, my God, you’re so young, and you have so much to do in your career, and you’re not married, and you’re this.’”

Halsey’s response to all the negative noise?

“F*** ‘em,” she revealed. “I just was like, I’m going to do what I want to do. You know what I mean? I was like, this is important to me.”

The singer revealed that promoting her new album while pregnant proved to be quite the chore.

Halsey said, “We were going out and trying to set up magazine covers based around the album release, and they were like, ‘Yeah, but is she going to be pregnant? Because we don’t want to do a maternity cover.’ And I was like, ‘It’s not a maternity cover. It’s about my album. I just happen to be pregnant.’ And they’re like, ‘No, it’s a pregnant cover.’ And I was like, ‘So I can’t go talk about my album?’”
