“Bachelor in Paradise” star Brendan Morais is remorseful after triggering a drama involving Natasha Parker and Pieper James.
Although Brendan seemed to enjoy the tension he caused on the show through his relationship with James, he has had a change of heart and is apologizing for his actions.

Fans would recall that speculations had emerged earlier that Brendan, 31, and Pieper, 23, were dating, but he denied it to Natasha, 33 while feigning interest in her to remain on the ABC show.
This left Natasha feeling betrayed, then calling him a ‘liar’ and a ‘con artist’ on Monday’s episode of “Bachelor In Paradise” after he downplayed his relationship with James.
Amid the brewing drama Brendan then posted a photo of himself in a pool on that same Monday with the caption; “Here for the wrong reasons,” followed by a smirking emoji.
On Wednesday, September 8, Brendan removed the picture from his page and proceeded to give a detailed explanation for his actions on his Instagram story.
“After taking time to begin to process the events that unfolded over the past few days, I have realized I was wrong on so many different levels,” he said.
“First of all I removed my last post from my feed. I posted it before the episode aired and had no idea the magnitude of hurt that I caused.”

“My approach to many things in life is sarcasm. In this instance with regard to my post, I was completely insensitive. Most importantly I apologize to you, Natasha. I hurt you. I am deeply sorry for doing so. I understand that the damage is already done and all I can do going forward is acknowledge the error of my ways,” he added.
Left out of his apologies were specific details into the nature of his relationship with Pieper. As he only stated that they were only having “misunderstandings” prior to his arrival on paradise.
He further requested any anger over the way his fellow paradise colleagues were treated, should be directed at himself and not at Pieper.
“For those of you that felt my actions triggered certain feelings and emotions I am truly sorry,” he wrote.
“Lastly, despite the fact that Pieper and I had misunderstandings going into paradise (and I can’t stress this enough) – if you feel the need to express disdain for the situation, please do so at my expense. I am completely at fault. A full statement and apology will follow,” he explained.
What’s The Drama About?
Upon arrival at the show, Natasha and Brendan had been engaging in several intimate conversations making her believe that she and Brendan were compatible.
Sadly, Pieper, Brendan’s alleged girlfriend swooped in and destroyed any hopes of a brewing relationship between the pair.
This led to Natasha accusing Pieper of scheming with Brendan, for him to meet a girl and lie to her until she arrived.
“I feel like a casualty in your convoluted, like, plan. I truly don’t think that you guys should be here,” Natasha told Pieper.
She added in a confessional; “The stories are not coinciding, so I was played, 100 percent. I let this human swindle me.”
Natasha then spoke with Brendan who told her they did not have either a romantic or intimate relationship, and he gaslighted her by claiming she had ‘selective hearing.’ He then added that he never stopped her from seeing other guys while they were talking.
A few foul words were traded, and Natasha told Brendan to go ‘enjoy Paradise.’
All The Reactions
Following all the drama that ensued on Monday’s episode, Brendan drew the wrath of fans on social media for telling Natasha she had “selective hearing.”
Seemingly, Pieper added more fuel to the flames by sharing an Instagram photo of herself on Monday with the caption, “All’s fair in love and war,” leading to countless jibes in her comments section.
Their glaring manipulative actions prompted users to unfollow the duo in rapid succession. Pieper lost almost 10,000 followers while Brendan lost more, with over 76,000 followers unfollowing him in two days.
As far as reports go, Natasha has not given any reply to Brendan’s apology, and only earlier commented via her Instagram story on Wednesday that Monday’s episode made her feel “stupid” and “used.” She also thanked the fans for their “love and support.”
When Next Will The Show Air?
Apart from the Natasha, Brendan, and Pieper triangle, fans are hoping to see how Demi Burnett and Kenny Braasch’s entanglement unfold after he declined her offer to spend time with him in the Boom Boom Room.
Kenny declined the offer with hopes of rekindling things with Mari Pepin, his ex.
Another possible drama to watch out for is if Kendall Long would try to come between Joe Amabile and Serena Pitt after she arrived late for the show.
In the last episode, Serena looked flustered on Kendall’s arrival as her relationship with Joe was dealt its first real test. The next episode of the show will be airing on Tuesday, September 14, 2021.
