Kaley Cuoco is not messing around when it comes to her money.
The “Flight Attendant” star and her husband, Karl Cook, are headed for a divorce after getting married in 2018.
Cuoco filed divorce documents on Friday, September 3, right before the long Labor Day weekend. She announced the split earlier in the day in a joint statement from the now ex-couple. As you know, Cuoco is an avid equestrian and started dating the champion horse rider after bonding over the sport.
Their statement read, "Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions. We have both shared so much of our journey publicly so while we would prefer to keep this aspect of our personal life private, we wanted to be forthcoming in our truth together. There is no anger or animosity, quite the contrary.”

The Blast has obtained documents with brand new information regarding their big D.
According to her divorce filing, she is asking the court to deny spousal support to either of the parties due to their prenup. The documents also state their date of separation as "TBD.”
A source close to the Cuoco told People she is “doing fine.” The source added the former couple “haven't spent that much time together recently."
"She has a big career and puts that first in her life. It's basically a growing apart and each pursuing separate interests," the insider told the outlet.
Cuoco is currently filming “Meet Cute,” in which she stars alongside Pete Davidson. In addition to that film, production on season 2 of “The Flight Attendant” has started up.

“She has a lot going on in her career now and loves her work," the source says. "Their relationship is just following different paths. A marriage doesn't work if you rarely see the other one."
Cook is also focused on his career. He spent last winter away from his estranged wife to ride in Florida rather than Los Angeles.
This is Cuoco’s second failed marriage. She was previously married to Ryan Sweeting from 2013 to 2016. The former couple “mutually decided” to split after 21 months of marriage.
Second Time Was Not A Charm!
It seems Cuoco had the idea to deny spousal support to Cook after she did the same thing with Sweeting.
According to a past report from People, Sweeting and Cuoco had signed a prenuptial agreement, and according to the documents he did not receive spousal support.
