The saucy snap showed Erika posing at a studio. She lounged on the floor with her legs propped to the side, and one of them bent to make her pose more enticing. The reality star leaned to the side and planted her hands on the hard surface. Opting to go topless, she angled her left arm over her chest and covered her shapely breasts. An ample amount of underboob was on display. Erika raised her chin as she looked straight into the camera with her lips slightly parted.
The Lowball actress’ left her long blond hair down and let it cascade over her right shoulder in loose waves. Notably, her locks were windblown, possibly from a fan, which added drama to her overall look. She also sported a couple of bangles, rings, and oversized hoop earrings as accessories.

Erika’s bottoms were adorned with chains that draped over her hip and backside, calling even more attention to her voluptuous assets. Though the angle didn’t offer a good view of the silver bottoms, fans could see its insanely high cut and revealing waistline. The only visible straps were pulled high above her hip bone, accentuating her waist. She completed her risqué attire with a pair of heels.
Erika dropped two emojis in the caption and gave credit to her photographer, Matthias Vriens, by tagging his Instagram page in the picture.

However, not all the comments were positive. Several social media users flooded the update’s comments section with criticism.

Erika had been involved in legal scandals after she filed for divorce from Tom Girardi, a high-profile lawyer, in November 2020. According to Page Six, the exes were sued by a class-action law firm the following month on behalf of victims of Lion Air Flight 610 for allegedly embezzling millions through their “sham” divorce.
The Girardi Keese law firm was also forced into bankruptcy, and that the company has a debt of over $101 million. Erika, on the other hand, was sued for allegedly spending $25 million of the firm’s money over the last 12 years on credit card bills, glam squads, and PR companies, but her lawyers adamantly denied the claims.
