Much of Sullivan’s success can be attributed to her strong grasp of digital media, which she uses to showcase lavish properties in jaw-dropping videos and engage with a growing fanbase about questions regarding the current market. Understanding the changing media while interacting with potential clients, and up-and-coming realtors is important to Sullivan.

Enjoying seeing women succeed in the industry, Sullivan has mentored other new agents as they begin their own careers. “You are going to have failures but are going to learn from the failures, “she says. “You don’t become successful without failures. With failures, you can learn from those experiences and increase the knowledge that makes you that much more of an expert.” Although Sullivan operates as the #1 individual producing agent at her brokerage, she has brought on a team of female professionals who help with marketing and administrative needs. Sullivan says, “It’s about letting other women know that they can do anything. I’m an example that you, too, can do it.”
