'Survivor' winner Parvati Shallow is requesting a domestic violence restraining order against her ex-husband, claiming he was "verbally and physically" aggressive -- including screaming at her, "I hope you kill yourself."

According to the brutal documents, obtained by The Blast, the reality star turned yoga instructor filed the additional information in an ongoing divorce in Los Angeles County Court. In the filing, the 'Survivor' star says her estranged husband -- John Fincher -- was verbally and physically aggressive during an argument -- which forced her to file for a restraining order.

In the filing, Parvati claims Fincher -- who also starred on 'Survivor' -- "got in my face" and claims it was not the first time. "It made me feel really scared like he's crossed a line and his rage has overcome him and that he can't stop himself," she wrote. On the night in question, Shallow claims she "didn't feel safe going anywhere with (him)" after he allegedly told her "I don’t care about you. I hope you kill yourself. You can walk into traffic. You can jump off a cliff. I hope you put a gun in your mouth and blow your brains out.”

During the "scary" incident, Shallow says the couple's young daughter was "less than one foot away" when her estranged husband "lunged at me, grabbed my arm and wrestled my phone out of my hands and made a dash for the door."

In the request, Parvati is asking a judge to order Fincher to stay at least 100 yards away from her and wants him to only have "supervised visitation" with his daughter.

Fincher responded to the allegations, in his own filing, claiming the August 20th blowout allegedly started over an argument about the couple's daughter sleeping at a friend's home. "During the argument, which lasted a few minutes, Parvati and I both raised our voices,” John wrote.
