Gomez Starred in 'Only Murders In The Building'

The series, which premiers on the 31st of August via Hulu's streaming platform, starred Gomez and other veteran actors.

The three main acts are introduced as strangers at the beginning of the show, with one thing in common– crime mysteries.

As the series progressed, there was a mesh of the trio in their own murder mystery. There was also a splash of dark humor, adventure, and true crime. Gomez, who played Mabel, added a youthful and bubbly mix to the whole fiasco.

She introduced Short and Martin to contemporary pop like Cardi's "WAP." There also appeared to be a sharp disconnect between her world and the world of the two bumbling men, as they seemed not to always keep up.

For example, Martin, who played Charles, tried to take surveillance pictures of his neighbors and ended up with a wall full of awkward selfies.
