'Teen Mom: OG' Catelynn Lowell Gives Birth To Baby No. 4

Teen Mom: OG Catelyn Lowry has given birth to her fourth child with husband Tyler Baltierra! The father confirmed the news on his Instagram Story, stating that his new baby girl is “here” and “perfect”. This is the fourth girl for the couple who became famous for appearing on the reality show 16 & Pregnant on MTV where they emotionally agreed to an open adoption for their first daughter, Carly. The excited daddy posted a picture of his new baby girl wrapped in soft white linens and featured a partial visual of her face.

Lowry, 28 also shared a post of their special moment shorty after Baltierra.“Our baby has arrived!” she wrote alongside a heart emoji and directed fans to a link in her bio for more information… okay. The mom who has been extremely quiet and private about this pregnancy shared with her followers a few hours before that she was in labor. “Baby R is on her way … send positive vibes,” she wrote, accompanied by a photo from her hospital room. Which came as a shock to fans because up until then she had not shared much about her pregnancy like she did in the past, despite being on a reality TV show.

Lowry’s hesitation may come from the fact that just before this pregnancy, she suffered multiple miscarriages that proved to be extremely traumatic to her. Unfortunately, one of the miscarriages was featured on the latest season of Teen Mom: OG. "So, we miscarried this baby. You know, this now is my second miscarriage. It’s hard period. Anyone who’s been through it knows how difficult and heartbreaking that it is. And it just sucks because we were really excited.” Fortunately, the couple were soon able to announce that they were welcoming another little girl. “This rainbow was worth the storm. Baby Baltierra coming soon,” shared Lowry even though she admitted to Celebuzz that she hesitated to share the news because of her past experiences.

The couple who also share daughters Novalee, 6 and Vaeda, 2, also shared with Celebuzz that while they hope a boy was in their future, a girl would fit right in as well. “We wanted a boy since this is our last, as long as she’s healthy though that’s really all that matters. This is our last and final, but we know one day we will have a grandson and adore him!” In the meantime, the couple’s pregnancy and the birth of their daughter will most likely be featured on the new season of Teen Mom: OG along with their fellow casts mates who took the time, along with fans of the couple to congratulate them on their new addition.

Corey Wharton who shares Daughter Ryder with fellow Teen Mom: OG cast mate Cheyenne Floyd congratulated the couple. When they announced their pregnancy cast mate Macy Bookout showed love for her friend and prayed for a healthy and happy pregnancy. The couple has limited comments on their posts but it’s not like they will have much time for social media right now anyway. Congratulations Cate & Tyler!
