The 'People For Ethical Treatment Of Animals' claims Chris Brown's daughter riding any elephant inside 'Tiger King' star Doc Antle's zoo was irresponsible and dangerous and is calling for an investigation.
PETA blasted the reality star's Myrtle Beach Safari Zoo, sending a letter to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, claiming Antle violated several regulations for large exotic animals and used Royalty Brown's recent videos to prove their point. According to the letter, Doc Antle is violating the Animal Welfare Act by allowing the 7-year old to swim with the massive animal.
The elephant -- named Bubbles -- was featured in several videos posted on Doc Antle's Instagram page, along with a few others posted on Brown's social media. In one of the clips, Royalty is seen climbing up on top of the animal's head and jumping off into the water. Plus, the young girl is also seen being lifted by the elephant's trunk to pull her out of the water and on its back.

According to the law, regulations on animals like elephants include making sure they are kept at a safe and reasonable distance from people who are visiting them. This includes using proper barriers to ensure the safety of park visitors. Obviously, allowing Royalty to swim with the animal is a direct violation of the law, according to PETA, and they are asking for a full investigation into the incident. As you know, several animals rights organizations have attempted to shut down the zoo -- including the Tiger exhibits once run by Joe Exotic.
PETA is now asking for a full probe into the situation, asking the USDA to hold Doc Antle and others accountable for what they believe is dangerous and irresponsible behavior.
PETA Asks The USDA To Launch Investigation Into 'Tiger King' Star
This isn't the first time PETA has sent a letter regarding celebrities visiting the park. Earlier this year, the organization sent a similar letter after rapper Lil' Pump visited the park. Doc Antle responded to the letter, saying, "Not a thing came of that elephant complaint after USDA investigated it. Just a huge waste of time and resources for the federal veterinarians who have to check out these erroneous allegations."
He continued, "We are in no ways in violation of the Animal Welfare Act. We have continuously perfect inspections."
It should be noted, Royalty Brown also shared a video of herself swimming with two baby white tigers, inside of a backyard swimming pool. The 7-year old was wearing an animal skin bathing suit and swimming from one end to the other -- underwater -- while the majestic animal swam above her. Don't get us wrong, the video is amazing and the baby tigers are the cutest thing in the world. But, we are guessing PETA isn't happy with this behavior either.
Chris Brown's Daughter Swimming With Tigers Too?!
"Living the dream! #SaveTheTigersSaveTheWorld," Royalty's parents captioned the video.
It's unclear if PETA included this swimming session in their letter, but we are guessing they believed the elephant river excursion was a lot more dangerous than swimming with a baby tiger. Again, it is really cute...but take a look and decided if you think this is a bad situation or not!
