Dog the Bounty Hunter’s daughter is going public with an explosive revelation about the “truth” behind her reality star father for his alleged vile behavior relating to racism, violence, and a stance on the BLM movement.
The shocking allegations were made Tuesday morning by Bonnie Jo Chapman, the only daughter shared by Duane Chapman and the late Beth Chapman, who passed away in 2019 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
The short of the story is that Dog the Bounty Hunter is getting married again and has chosen to exclude Bonnie and her sister from the wedding. The family drama can be traced back to Dog and his fiancee, Francie Fran, feeling slighted after Bonnie and her sister, Cecily, continued working with a TV network after they cut ties with Dog over racial incidents with the crew.
Although Dog the Bounty Hunter has gone public claiming he is living his life in Beth Chapman’s honor, Dog’s daughter is claiming he is spitting on her grave with his recent actions and believe that the death of the family matriarch has exposed the real Dog the Bounty Hunter to the world.
Taking to Instagram Tuesday morning, Bonnie Chapman released a long statement explaining the situation – and she did not hold back on her feelings towards Dog and his future bride.
“Francie’s text message confirmed that the reason I wasn’t invited to my dads wedding is my choice to participate in social justice and BLM protests with ‘The System,’ and not condemn the streaming platform when they fired my father for using epithets. I’m sorry, but I can’t defend my Dad’s racism,” Bonnie began her statement.
“The System,” that Bonnie is referring to is a crime drama series showcasing how different people are affected by the criminal justice system. Both Bonnie and Cecily continued to participate in the show after Dog was fired.
Speaking on “The System,” Bonnie says:
“My father was fired by the platform for using racial and homophobic epithets toward my fellow cast members on the show, which is about social justice advocacy and protesting violence and racial bias by police.”
She added, “I have expressed time and time again my ever-growing disappointment in my father’s progression into his old racist ways.”
Bonnie said she has looked the other way over the years for indiscretions from Dog the Bounty Hunter. “He would cheat on my mom all the time, and I hated him every time he did it, but I forgave him for that because I wanted a relationship with my dad.”
“I can’t begin to fathom how some of my mother’s fans may feel. I say my mother’s fans because everyone watched for Beth. My mother was a shining light in the void. I can no longer sit and be quiet about these things,” Bonnie wrote.
Bonnie explained that Beth was the one who kept Dog in line and on track to be successful in life, which included keeping his true public image under wraps.
“Since my mom died, my dad ran away from the person she inspired him to be. He began to do that when she was sick in the hospital, and he began to have an affair with a friend of my mom’s.” The “affair” Bonnie is referencing was covered heavily in the press, although Dog denied the allegations at the time.
Bonnie then really turned the screws on Dog, claiming he would threaten her with “physical violence,” and that she will “no longer back down.”
“My father has dishonored my mother in countless ways since her passing,” claiming that Dog and his bride-to-be have also flown around the country without vaccination while Francie had COVID. “She didn’t seem to care about the thousands of people she could have infected,” Bonnie wrote.
Wrapping up her sentiments, Bonnie says:
“I said before that I really didn’t know why I wasn’t invited to my dads wedding. While I knew he was mad about being fired, he has only himself to blame. I thought my dad would be man enough to put family first, but it appears that man died with my mother.”
