The “Blank Space” hitmaker posted her very first “SwiftTok” on the video-sharing app, and it featured her lipsynching to British MC Dave’s “Screwface Capital” and gives an overview of her recent releases. Furthermore, the Canadian singer also teased her upcoming “Taylor’s Version” re-release of Red.
Updating Her Fans
“Lots going on at the moment,” Taylor captioned the video, which showed the musician showing a series of gorgeous looks, including her trendy messy bangs-and-nightgown getup for Folklore and her signature red lip for Red.
Taylor also shared some details about her album. “Red (my version) vinyl is up for presale on my site and oh I’m on tiktok now let the games begin.”
According to Rolling Stone, Taylor announced in June about the release of her re-recorded version of her 2012 album Red — which will be launched on November 19. Before the new version of Red, Taylor also released Fearless, which was unveiled last April.
“This will be the first time you hear all 30 songs that were meant to go on Red,” Swift confirmed on Twitter. “And hey, one of them is even 10 minutes long.”
She Can Rock Any Look
The post started with Taylor taking a video of herself while dressed in a white off-the-shoulder dress. Notably, the short clip was in sepia, which gave off fancy vintage vibes. The footage was for her Folklore album and said July 24, 2020. The second video showed her dressed like in the visuals for the Evermore album and added its release date of December 11, 2020. She rocked a plaid jacket and a light brown top underneath. Meanwhile, the third clip showed Taylor in a yellow floral number for the re-release of her Fearless album on April 9. In the last one, the singer was dressed in a black turtleneck and rocked her favorite red lipstick for Red.
Taylor also took to Instagram two weeks ago to share the news about her latest release, along with a photo.

“I know some of you thought that would be like trying to solve a crossword and realizing there’s no right answer BUT…you played it good & right,” she wrote in the caption. “Congrats pals, you guessed the correct titles and feature artists on Red (my version). The vault tracks will feature @chrisstapleton, @phoebebridgers, @markfoster, and the first song @teddysphotos and I ever wrote together the first time we met in 2012❗️I can’t express my gratitude enough to these artists for helping me bring these songs to life. I can’t wait til we can dust off our highest hopes and relive these memories together. We’ll also be making a bunch of new ones too, since Red (Taylor’s Version) includes so many songs you haven’t heard yet. Til then, I’ll be counting down and picturing it all in my head. In burning red.”
The “Wildest Dreams” songstress’ TikTok debut already has over 2 million views after only three hours of posting. In addition, she also gained more than 540,000 followers as of late. Her total page likes are also nearing half a million.
Since creating her TikTok page, Taylor added a short bio that said: “This is pretty much just a cat account.” However, she has deleted that small but informative bit of information from her account.
