Britney Spears' housekeeper received 'no injuries' during the phone slapping incident, according to police, but is still under criminal investigation for the incident.

According to the police report, obtained by The Blast, Britney's housekeeper who is listed as a "staff" member was uninjured during the altercation where she claimed the pop star slapped a phone out of her hands. In a narrative of the incident, Ventura County Sheriff's Department confirms they received a call on Monday morning, with a report Ms. Spears had "struck" her housekeeper.

The cops confirmed, "Deputies responded to Ms. Spears’ home and conducted an investigation. Ultimately, the reports will be forwarded to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration. The incident is classified as a misdemeanor battery."

As we reported, Britney's housekeeper called the police after she says she was confronted by the pop star over one of her animals. According to the staff member, she took one of Britney's dogs to a veterinary clinic, seeking help for the "treatment" of the pooch. It's unclear at this point what exactly she believed was wrong with the dog. Upon returning back to the residence, the employee claims Spears confronted her and "slapped" a phone out of her hands.

Britney Spears Refuses To Talk To Police Following Incident

Deputies responded to the home and requested to speak with Britney, who refused to answer any questions. Again, this is normal considering she is under investigation -- lawyers will often tell their clients not to talk to the police.

At some point, the housekeeper made her way to the Ventura County Sheriff's Department and filed a police report for battery.

Interestingly, the VCSD says they won't discuss -- on the record -- specifics of the fight. "We are not commenting on the nature of the dispute or any other specific details about the actual battery," they said.

Cops NOT Releasing The 911 Tape, Body Camera Footage!

Britney Speas denied the altercation ever got physically violent and described the incident as "fabricated" to the media. The pop star's team claims the Sheriff's have already spoken to them, and "nothing will come of it." Unfortunately, the case is being forwarded to the DA, and it could have effects on her conservatorship case.

As you know, she is currently fighting to have her father removed from the case and possibly have restrictions relaxed in her day-to-day life. Plus, it is possible she will attempt to shut the case down once and for all. The problem is...if this case ends in criminal charges, it could be harder to convince a judge that now is the right time to end the conservatorship.
