Britney Spears Gifted Billboard From 'The Moscatels' While Under Criminal Investigation

Cole and Kelsea Moscatel are joining forces with the #FreeBritney movement in a HUGE way, plastering a massive billboard up, while the pop star is under criminal investigation.

The famous couple who owns luxury brand Snob World, just put up an incredible billboard on the famous Sunset Strip in West Hollywood. We've obtained photos of the newly printed advertisement which features '#FreeBritney' in giant red letters. Next to the endorsement, is a picture of the famous couple along with their last names. Oh ya, and a quick reminder to follow them on social media.

Obviously, the new billboard has man fans wondering if Cole and Kelsea have somehow formally joined the fight for releasing the pop star from her conservatorship. Is an announcement coming soon? At this point it's unclear, but we know that Britney has an entirely new team of advisors including a new lawyer and executors of her estate.

It's also possible the couple is tight with the pop star, considering they come into contact with tons of A-listers due to their exclusive concierge service. If not, it appears the couple just wanted to publicly support the pop star's attempt to remove the conservatorship.

The timing is interesting, considering Britney is now under criminal investigation for allegedly committing battery against an employee at her home. As we reported, Spears is being accused by a housekeeper of slapping a phone out of her hands after an argument over her dogs...turned violent.

According to reports, the housekeeper took one of Britney's animals to the veterinary clinic to check on the "treatment" of the dog. Upon return, the employee claims she was confronted by the 'Toxic' singer who "slapped" a phone out of her hands. The housekeeper reportedly initially called the cops to report the incident and then followed up by filing a police report with the Ventura County Sheriff's Department.

Following the incident, law enforcement attempted to contact Britney to get her side of the story -- but, she refused to talk to them. This is normal, of course, with most criminal defense attorneys advise their clients not to speak to the police during an investigation. At this point, the VCSD is investigating the situation and will forward the file to the District Attorney's office for possible charges.

Britney Spears' team is calling the entire physical altercation allegations 'fabricated.' The pop star claims there was never any physical violence, and says the police have already told her people nothing will come of the situation.

The bigger problem is Britney's current bid to free herself from the conservatorship. Although the 'Toxic' singer has yet to formally asked to be removed from the case, it sure appears she is preparing to make that move in the near future. The issue is that if this incident proves to be an issue, and the care of her animals comes into play -- she might have a harder time convincing a judge she can conduct her own affairs.

The case is currently under investigation, and Britney has yet to formally respond to the allegations.
