The man famous for playing agent 007 is keen on making sure that his kids don't have easy access to that James Bond lifestyle. No lavish suits and martinis, at least not from dad's pile of cash. The British actor, Daniel Craig, has reportedly been able to rack up a personal fortune of 160 million dollars from his work in movies like the aforementioned James Bond franchise and projects like the Golden Compass. Apparently, though, he has no plans of allowing his kids to use up that money when he is no longer around.

Craig, 53, isn't planning on dying any time soon. He does however have the clear intention to make sure that he doesn't have a lot of cash to go around when the time comes. He's made his intentions clear in a recent interview with The UK's Candis Magazine. In the issue, he mentions,

It wasn't like he just made that one-off comment and didn't really visit the subject again. From the looks of things, this is something he has thought about for a while now. He goes on to mention in the interview,

Interestingly enough, although he doesn't plan on leaving behind what could certainly be generational wealth, he is still actively trying to make more money to add to his alleged 160 million dollar net worth. He is getting paid a cool 25 million to come back as the famous MI6 agent James Bond in the new feature film of the franchise that is set to hit theaters in October. That's just mean. He gives a full interview about not wanting to pass along his money to his kids while admitting he's making 25 million for his new movie. At least retire young and get a chance to use up that money yourself!
