Tiger Woods’ former mistress Rachel Uchitel finds herself in hot water and recently had a sit down with the New York Times, where she revealed that Tiger Woods’ lawyers are after her for violating an NDA that she signed while having an affair with the golf star. Uchitel also revealed how much Tiger was actually paying her for her silence and potentially a couple of favors along the way. Now he wants some of that money back. The figure is around 8 million dollars for the violation of the NDA.
What The Contract Looked Like

Uchitel revealed that she was made to sign a 30-page NDA agreement. Which, from the looks of things, she didn’t read in full before signing. She does mention that the agreement included a clause that read,
“[Uchitel is forbidden from]directly or indirectly, verbally or otherwise” discussing the golfer’s “lifestyle, proclivities, customs, private conduct, fitness, habits, sexual matters, familial matters,” among other topics, with anyone, “including but not limited to, family members, relatives, acquaintances, friends, associates, co-workers, journalists,”
She also went on to say that Tiger’s lawyers wanted to have access to her text messages and other forms of communication. To ensure that she was not violating the agreement.
What Was In It For Her

If the NDA was so bad, why did she sign the dotted line? It wasn’t just so that she could be with Woods because she just loved him so much! Actually, she was literally getting paid to be with Woods. According to her own claims, she was promised a payment of 5 million dollars upfront. With a “base” salary of 1 million dollars over the next 3 years. Uchitel mentions though that she ultimately pocketed about 2 million dollars from the original 5 that she was promised. With the rest of the money going towards taxes and legal fees. She also didn’t get the money over the 3 years.

Rachel Uchitel recalls having her name dragged through the mud by people all over the media. She was being labeled a homewrecker and a prostitute. She says that it infuriated her that she couldn’t speak out against Woods because of the NDA. Saying about Tiger later,
“This is someone who everyone wants to be a hero, and anyone who crosses that narrative will be shamed.”
She was offered a quarter of a million dollars to pose for Playboy, which she denied when she was told she would have to pose with a live Tiger! Another celeb known for shady NDAs also came calling. As former President, Donald Trump also reached out to see if she wanted to be on the Celebrity Apprentice. Ultimately she turned down both offers.
Stuck On Tiger

Rachel Uchitel paints Tiger’s lawyer as the real bad guy in the picture. She is still fighting Tiger’s legal team for the violation of the NDA. Even though she’s filed for bankruptcy, she claims Tiger’s legal team is still trying to take all that they can from her. Meanwhile, she’s had a tough time holding down a job. Getting massive offers though to open an OnlyFans account. If things continue to go down the current path, she could find herself on the platform at some point.
