While the national debate over whether forceful vaccination should be a thing or not rages on, more and more people are adding fuel to the fire. One of those people is Jen Aniston. The “Friends” star has made it clear that she is cutting people out of her life who are refusing to get the shot! Jen may still look spectacular, but she is 52. It may not be too much of an overreaction to make sure that all of the people that she hangs out with are potentially COVID-free.
Want To Hang Out With Jen? She Needs To Know Your Vaccination Status
In the olden days before COVID-19, people used to ask others if they were single before they could hang out or go on a date. At least most decent people did! Now if you want to hang out with Jen Aniston she has to know whether you’re vaccinated or not. She mentioned in a recent interview with Instyle that she’s stopped seeing people she used to meet on a daily basis. If they didn’t tell her their vaccination status! She says,
“I’ve just lost a few people in my weekly routine who have refused or did not disclose [whether or not they had been vaccinated], and it was unfortunate.”

Defending Her Position
Again, at 52 it’s a good idea for Jen to look after herself. Is she going too far with this, though? Over whether it was essentially appropriate to ask people about their vaccination status, Aniston mentioned,
“[People have a] moral and professional obligation to inform”
Aniston though did go on to say that people have their own beliefs that have to be respected. She didn’t necessarily say this, but from the looks of things, she’d be pleased if unvaccinated people would walk around with some type of symbol on them for everyone else to know they’re unvaccinated. Like in the Scarlet Letter.
You Can Tell That She’s Triggered By The Topic
The interview perfectly encapsulates what a lot of celebs and sports players go through these days when they give interviews. She first goes virtually all out on her criticism of unvaccinated people saying,
“There’s still a large group of people who are anti-vaxxers or just don’t listen to the facts. It’s a real shame,”
After saying this, she realizes that her opinion may not go down too well with some people. So she proceeds to kind of walk back what she just said, adding later in the interview,
“It’s tricky because everyone is entitled to their own opinion — but a lot of opinions don’t feel based in anything except fear or propaganda,”
What’s Jen Doing These Days?
Other than staying clear of unvaccinated people and meeting back up with her Friends, co-stars, who are by the way probably all vaccinated, what is Jen doing? As far as work goes, she is currently busy with the second season of “The Morning Show“. The Apple TV+ series is back after a pretty long wait for fans. It’s set to start streaming in late September. Other than that, she seems to have a pretty open schedule. With those massive royalties she collects from Friends every year, she’s in no rush to pick up more and more work!
