Singer-songwriter, Dayme, is focused on taking her cosmetics line to the next level, even though recognizes the celebrity makeup arena is a crowded marketplace to be in. However, Dayme is hoping that a recent drop in popularity for dominating brands, like Kylie Cosmetics, has opened up the door for a new brand to step in.
The Blast is told fans of Dayme Cosmetics love that she does not only preach self-empowerment but she lives it through her brand. In addition to starting her own business, Dayme became a licensed cosmetologist and actually formulated many of her own products including her own lip glosses.
Dayme first rose to fame in the early 2000s with her iconic hook on Jay-Z’s song ” H TO THE IZZO.” She also appeared in the 2013 remake of, “The Great Gatsby,“ followed by her work with Enrique Iglesias, as well as with MTV and “The View.” She later parlayed her financial success in the music industry into launching her own products, including the cosmetics line.

We’re told Dayme Cosmetics has experienced a very meteoric rise over the past few years. While lots of her products sold out when they launched, Dayme Cosmetics “Dream Glitter Lip Kits” have turned heads all over the cosmetics industry by going head to head with top-tier brands for months straight. Globally recognized British rock and pop star Yungblud has reportedly become a huge fan of this glitter lip kit, so Dayme dropped by the Whiskey a Go-Go and gifted him some of her kits before his show.
“Every customer who uses any of our products is choosing to look their best when and where they want. I personally ensured that our dream glitter kits are smudge-proof, that you can kiss with them, swim with them, eat, drink, live your life as you please without worrying about your look getting ruined,” the star explained.
Dayme added that, “Our products help you attract love, romance, money, success…self respect due to confidence, as it is truly the sexiest power you can ever possess. I love that kind of empowerment.
We’re told Dayme is in talks with reps of major stars about promoting her brand and collaborating with Dayme Cosmetics for international media campaigns. Stars like Harry Styles, Olivia Rodrigo and even Italian rock sensation, Maneskin have been mentioned, but nothing yet has been confirmed.
Dayme is also rumored to be releasing her latest single and music video “Just Sayin,” this coming September.
