The five-time gold-medal-winning gymnast has been covering our fantastic USA gymnastics team in Toyko, Japan. But, even though she is on the other side of the scoring table, the stunning Olympian wanted to remind everyone she has still got what it takes to be a world-class athlete!
In the mind-blowing photos, Nastia is sporting a black spandex suit and is pulling off an aerial split. We know it doesn't look too difficult, but trust us, go ahead and try this one at home! Of course, she looks amazing in the pictures and included several other breathtaking shots from Tokyo.

"Two styles, inspired by unity, competition, and country. Fueled by passion. For the inner athlete in all of us.," Nastia captioned the post.
As always, Nastia's fans lit up her Instagram page with comments about how amazing she looks. The gymnast even got a message from Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes' wife -- Brittany Matthews -- who wrote, "Ahhhh killing it😍😍." Another fan added, "Yassss girl! You’re so gorgeous! Love that outfit and you so much!"
She's Still Got It!
The smoking hot photos come on the heels of Nastia being front and center on NBC's coverage of USA's drama in the gymnastics department. It was recently revealed Simone Biles dropped out of the completion due to a condition called the "twisties." Nastia joined the other NBA hosts on Monday night to explain the phenomenon and revealed most gymnasts have experienced it at some point. Nastia says the condition is when your mind isn't in sync with your body. In other words, when you are flying through the air and flipping, you have to be sure you are going to land safely. If your mind isn't connected to your body, it can be disastrous.
Lighting Up Toyko!
“Literally can not tell up from down. It’s the craziest feeling ever,” Simone described. Adding it’s like “Not having an inch of control over your body. What’s even scarier is since I have no idea where I am in the air I also have NO idea how I’m going to land, or what I’m going to land on. head/hands/feet/back…”
As we reported, Simone received huge support from everyone including multiple celebrities who applauded her for dropping out of the completion regardless of people's expectations.
USA! USA!
The good news, Simone rejoined the team after getting treatment for the condition in Toyko, Japan. BTW -- Simone went on to win a bronze medal on the balance beam as soon as she returned. Suni Lee, who won all-around gold for the woman's team finished fifth in the same category.
