Hulk Hogan‘s daughter is pointing out this crucial fact in the police process!
Brooke Hogan is rating the aftermath of investigations into her father’s unsatisfactory, claiming that the cops practically shut her out of the entire process, which she tagged inconsistent.
Hulk Hogan passed away last July at his home in Clearwater Beach, Florida, and his death was determined to be caused by an acute myocardial infarction, known as a heart attack.
Hulk Hogan’s Daughter Spills Out Her Reservations About His Death Investigations

Brooke made it known that she was not on the same page with the officers at the Clearwater Police Department when it came to closing the book on investigations into her father’s death.
According to the wrestler’s daughter, she was surprised to hear that the officers from the department thanked her for cooperating with them when that was the opposite of what actually happened.
The Clearwater Police Department had announced that there is no evidence to prove that something else beyond natural causes played a role in Hulk’s passing.
Brooke affirmed that “There’s been a lot of inconsistencies from the BEGINNING. I think CWPD missed the mark by not IMMEDIATELY making this a big investigation and not questioning everything and everybody out of the gate.”
She insisted that a more intensive investigative process should have been followed with tapes, lockdown, and meticulousness from day one. As shared by TMZ, Brooke felt insulted by the police acknowledging a role she in fact did not play in the beginning and end of that investigation.
The WWE Champion’s Daughter Pointed Out Missing Key Evidence In The Death Probe

Brooke then broke down the several inconsistencies she picked up while the probe went on, and she still showed signs of worry. She recalled being told that no blood samples were available for testing, but discovered that investigators had reviewed her father’s blood and actually found nothing.
She further pointed out that in the police records made available to the public, there were redactions regarding some pain and sleep prescriptions, and these medications were missing from the toxicology findings. The media personality added that she also tried to confirm from the police if an autopsy would be performed.
Although a private autopsy was eventually conducted for the family, she was never allowed to see the results, nor were the results released to the public. She further questioned why Hulk’s death certificate was signed by his personal physician rather than someone from the medical examiner’s office.
The criticism comes just days after Clearwater police declared a definite end to their nearly year-long investigation. According to the department, several medical records, witness interviews, surveillance footage, and other evidence showed no signs of foul play or criminal wrongdoing in the WWE champion’s sudden death.
Brooke Hogan Chose To Honor Hulk Hogan On Her Own Terms

The Blast previously noted that despite Brooke’s involvement in the investigation surrounding Hulk’s death, she decided to celebrate her late father her way.
The singer was notably absent from the official funeral service, a decision she defended, explaining that her father hated the morbidity of funerals and would not have wanted a traditional service.
Instead, she spent the day off with her husband, who formerly played in the NHL (Steven Oleksy), and their twin children, at the beach privately. She has revealed that being near water is where she feels closest to him, since the beach was a place he truly loved.
Brooke also confirmed she personally asked to be taken off the WWE personality’s will back in 2023. She explained that it was deliberate, as she was not interested in the legal proceedings and family issues that usually arise after a major death.
Brooke made it clear that she has always made decisions based on her priorities, which have never been financial ones, and she had always desired more of her father’s time, honesty, and love.
“It’s what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets. My dad knows I’m a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time,” she emphasized.
The 38-Year-Old Spoke About Their Estrangement Before The Wrestler’s Death

In April, The Blast noted that Brooke recalled the moment she decided to part ways with Hulk for good, two years before he died. According to her, the toxic environment and their unhealthy father-daughter relationship made it necessary to establish that clear boundary between them.
Brooke explained that she watched helplessly as the people inside her father’s inner circle heavily influenced his behavior and mindset. She was a newlywed with twins at the time and had to make a hard decision for herself and her growing family.
The singer admitted that she would not have considered reuniting with him even if she could turn back the hands of time, because of his stubborn mentality.
She stressed that any way forward would have forced her father to completely alter his business and attitude, which she thinks he was not prepared or ready for.
She expressed her frustration at having emotional conversations with the wrestler because he was such a tough nut to crack, but above all, she is glad he is no longer in pain.
These days, Brooke revealed that she feels their relationship has gotten better since he died, and sometimes she finds herself talking to him as if he were still here.
Brooke Hogan Revealed Why She Regrets Removing Herself From Hulk Hogan’s Will

Reflecting on what removing her name from the wrestler’s inheritance cost her, Brooke admitted that she should have thought better about that decision.
The singer revealed that while she is not exactly bothered about the money, she has now realized that being absent from the will may cost her a say in family matters.
Brooke clarified that her reasons for asking to be excluded from that will were valid because it was done to protect herself and her family, as all that danger for money was not worth it.
The wrestler’s daughter also made the same decision to be removed from the family’s Netflix documentary about Hulk’s life and death.
Brooke explained that she avoided that project because she could not stand working with people who were inconsistent in their love and support for the wrestler while he was alive.
Will Brooke Hogan’s observations be enough to cause a switch in the closed case?
