Britney Spears' doctors agree her father, Jamie Spears, should be immediately removed from the conservatorship.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the pop star's current conservator -- Jodi Montgomery -- has joined her petition to remove her father as conservator of her estate. In the filing, Jodi points out that she now agrees that Jamie's presence is not healthy for Britney, and he should step aside.

Shockingly, Jodi claims Britney's medical team now agrees that her father having this position is unhealthy for the 'Toxic' singer.

"In further support of the Removal Petition and Appointment Petition, and in her role as Conservator of the Person of Ms. Spears, Ms. Montgomery respectfully notes that Ms. Spears's medical team agrees that it is not in the best interest of the (Britney) for Mr. Spears to be and remain Conservator of the Estate," the filing states.

Obviously, if Britney's doctors and therapists believe her father should be removed from the conservatorship -- it is almost certain the judge will agree and sign off on him being ousted.

In the filing, Jodi clarifies she is onboard for Jason Rubin to get the job -- someone everyone says has the qualifications and ability to work with Britney's $60-Million estate.

As we reported, Brintey and her new lawyer BLASTED Jamie Spears in the petition to remove him as conservator, essentially saying he terrorized his daughter. In the filling, Britney says her dad profited heavily off of his position, which included a $16,000 a month salary for himself. Plus, Jamie allegedly got 1.5% gross revenues from her Vegas residency...which brought in 137.7 million. If you do the math, his take was at least $2.1 million. That's not all...they claim he also pocketed another $500K from her 2011 Femme Fatale tour.

In the end, Britney's new legal team says Jamie is ill-equipped to manage Britney's business affairs, pointing the family "struggled financially under his leadership and filed for bankruptcy in 1998."

As for Britney's mental health, the filing points out that the relationship between Jamie and Britney is "venomous" and "impairs Ms. Spears's mental health, her well-being, and her ability to pursue and continue with her extraordinary career." The situation is so bad that they claim Britney's life has been upended by the conflict with her father, calling it "traumatizing, insane and depressing."

It should be noted, Britney is not claiming she didn't need a lot of help 13 years ago -- when she was hospitalized for mental health issues. "Since receiving professional medical care at the outset of this conservatorship over thirteen years ago, Ms. Spears is clearly in a different place now, and she has been for many years. The entire world has witnessed Ms. Spears working tirelessly -- with astonishing dedication, precision, and excellence -- as a musical artist and performer, an exceptional earner for Mr. Spears (and others) who had a financial interest in making sure she would continue to work and perform," the filing states.

The decision is in the hands of the conservatorship judge, but we are guessing she will go with the doctor's orders!
