Shaq Makes Surprise Cameo In Applebee's TikTok Dance

Shaquille O'Neal was eatin' good in the neighborhood when he inadvertently ended up going viral by jumping into a TikTok dance! The NBA legend is currently in Florida touring around and performing at parties as DJ Diesel, his EDM counterpart and took his crew to an Applebee's restaurant near Tampa over the weekend while fueling up before a show.
At the same time, a woman named Kelly Roesler was firing up her TikTok account in the parking lot while getting ready to perform a dance to the Walker Hayes song, "Fancy Like," which includes a shoutout to Applebee's.
"Yeah, we fancy like Applebee's on a date night ... Got that Bourbon Street steak with the Oreo shake," the lyrics state.
Always the showman, while exiting the restaurant with his crew, Shaq noticed the TikTok video going down and immediately jumped into action in the background. Turning around to see Shaq behind her, Kelly was shocked and delighted and moved out of the way to let the big man have his viral moment.
Later while posting the video, she made sure to title the video, "Fancy Like with SHAQ!!!" and it has already racked up thousands of views on the social media platform.
Maybe This Will Go Viral?
After posting her video, Kelly later commented that she hoped it would go viral and give her the opportunity to reconnect with the NBA star. "Maybe if this goes viral Shaq will meet me again so we can finish the dance!" she exclaimed on TikTok.
Sources close to Shaq's camp tell The Blast a future meeting between the two is definitely on the table after the fun moment.
Other users couldn't believe how casual the TikToker was in front of Shaq, with one comment reading, "I like how you just saw Shaq in person and you continue with your dance."
"This is how we're supposed to act around celebrities," another user commented, while another person pointed out that fans were spilling out of Applebee's after Shaq hoping to get a photo with the star.
Others thought the special moment outside of the restaurant chain warrants some sort of endorsement deal. "Applebee's just got a nice commercial how much are you going to pay this lady?" someone commented on the video.
As a legendary spokesperson for multiple brands, including The General Insurance and Papa John's ... it may be wise for Applebee's to sign up the big man, and his dancing muse.
