Dennis Rodman & Stormy Daniels On Board For 'The Surreal Life' Reboot

We're taking a trip back to the early 2000s with Dennis Rodman and Stormy Daniels, want to come with us? VH1 announced that they are rebooting one of their most iconic series of the past decade after a 15-year hiatus. The cast for the show is pretty wild. It includes a porn star, a Hall of Fame basketball player, and Malcolm from Malcolm in the Middle! The new season of the famous show aims to put reality TV back on the map. It's going to be interesting to see how newer generations react!
Keeping The Show's Original Format

The show is set to be as straightforward as its predecessors were. VH1 has convinced a group of celebrities to shack together in a house for a set period of time. Of course, "everything" that happens inside the house is going to be caught on tape and aired in different episodes. The cast won't be allowed to just sit around and chill all day. They have to complete different tasks during their stay in the house, which hopefully will help build up some more tension and drama.
The Cast Of Character
The success of most of these celebrity reality shows is heavily dependent on the cast of characters that they are set to feature. In this reboot, the folks at MTV Entertainment Group have certainly gone all out. As we mentioned in the title, Dennis Rodman and Stormy Daniels are set to lead the cast that will also include Malcolm in the Middle's Frankie Muniz. They will be joined by rapper August Alsina, pro wrestler CJ Perry, YouTuber Manny MUA, Kim Coles from Living Single, and reality star Tamar Braxton.
What We Can Expect To See
Party with a porn star, Dennis Rodman, and a rapper seems more like a 90s headline. Then you add into that mix someone like Frankie Muniz who was almost always portrayed as a wholesome person, and you really don't know what to expect. Muniz, by the way, also apparently suffered from a rare condition. It's been said that he can hardly remember his days on Malcolm in the Middle. This may be a great opportunity for fans to explore that situation. Plus, it's one of the few times that we'll get to see a YouTuber interact with real people. That seems like a nice social experiment.

Some Of The Former Members Of The Surreal Life
The cast for this reboot certainly seems pretty stacked. Stormy Daniels was a very controversial figure thanks to her shady past with former President Donald Trump. She's not the first porn actor who is featured on the show, though. Icon Ron Jeremy was once upon a time part of the cast. As was Full House's Dave Coulier who was put in a house with Flavor Flav. Flav turned that appearance into a very lucrative reality TV career. Let's see who from this cast can maybe revive their own careers!
