Rachel Uchitel is accusing the sugar daddy website, Seeking Arrangement, of firing her after they were caught up in the Matt Gatez scandal and claims they owe her a ton of cash for an endorsement deal!

According to legal documents, Tiger Woods' mistress claims she was terminated from her contract as the company's spokesperson after just three months into the deal. Uchitel alleges the company dropped her after getting caught up in a scandal involving the congressman from Florida and his link to the dating service.

In the filing, Uchitel claims she entered into a 6-month deal with Seeking Arrangement back in February to be the face of the company. The contract allegedly called for $20,000 a month in payment in return for publicity and to help de-stigmatizing the sugar daddy concept.

As we reported, Rachel immediately went on the offensive, doing several interviews and pushing out a press release speaking very highly of the company. "Uchitel’s personal and professional life, especially as it relates to relationships and dating, makes her a terrific choice as the first-ever company spokeswoman of SeekingArrangement," the company said at the time.

They continued, “She’s eager to share her insights on the world of online dating and how to leverage relationships to improve your life and career.”

Incredibly, Uchitel now claims the company came under fire during the Gaetz investigation by the feds over allegations he paid young women for sexual encounters. Apparently, he has been linked to the company and might be a member of the site. Of course, Uchitel says she has no connection to the congressman, and the 'Seeking Arrangement' asked her to be to not speak about the situation in interviews. Rachel claims she was told the scandal was "a very serious crisis for the company."

Plus, Rachel claims she was asked to get 4 women who used the site to make videos claiming the site wasn't exploiting them. Tiger's mistress says she did what she was told, but now, the company said they were going through a "re-branding," which required her contract's termination.

A week after the firing, Uchitel says the company came back to her and said they would pay the contract in full but wanted her to sign an NDA. She reportedly declined, presumably to stay out of any federal investigation.

Rachel is suing the company for the remainder of her contract and damages for tarnishing her reputation.

So far, Seeking Arrangement has not commented on the case.
