Heather And Terry Dubrow Pull Back The Curtain On 30-Years Together On ‘Between Us’

Heather and Terry Dubrow are opening up like never before on their podcast “Between Us,” giving listeners an honest look inside their nearly 30-year relationship in a relatable and fun way.

The couple shares the ups and downs of their long-term relationship, discussing how they’ve learned to navigate disagreements, support each other’s careers, work together on projects, and continue to grow as a super couple through every phase of life. 

Heather and Terry Dubrow sat down with The Blast to talk about the podcast and other projects they are passionate about in an exclusive chat that was educational, fun, and relatable.

Heather and Terry are no strangers to letting the world get a glimpse into their lives. Many know Heather from "Real Housewives of Orange County" and Terry from "Botched," among other shows, and now fans can get an even more intimate glimpse into their nearly 30-year relationship and how they navigate life in the spotlight on their podcast.

When asked why they decided to launch "Between Us" at this stage in their busy lives, Terry said they want to bring fans into their lives to see more.

"I think we have some expertise and access to things that maybe because we're a little bit older and we've reached a certain phase in life and were a little bit successful," Terry said. "We are very honest and want to bring people into our lives and see what we're going through. And maybe it's interesting and maybe they can learn from our long-term relationship. We know how to fight and we try to get along really well but we are very honest about our ups and downs and where we're going."

The podcast gives the couple the "opportunity to share" their life experiences at this "later stage of life" in the hopes of it being relatable and maybe also help others along the way.

The couple will be soon celebrating 30 years together, and to that statement, Terry joked, "It's going on forever."

"30 years together, we've done a lot, even though we have our own separate careers and our own separate lanes, we've done a lot together," Heather shared. "Three books together. We've had podcasts, television shows, product lines and all that kind of thing, but about a year ago, I started making TikTok videos and pulled Terry into some with me and all of a sudden our kids think they are the cringiest, worst things on the planet."

And while their kids aren't appreciating the videos, they are getting millions of views, so the couple started to do more and "accidentally" became "social media people." They also get tons of DMs about their relationships, where they travel, how they handle parenthood, and other relatable topics, so they thought it was time to put it all together into a podcast.

Talking about making the kids cringe with TikTok videos, a recent podcast episode did just that and boy did the couple hear all about it.

In a candid chat about their "bedtime routine" on the podcast, their kids had something to say.

"Our kids were so annoyed because he goes, 'It's like having sex with Frosty the Snowman.' Because I have got a scarf and sweater, and it's 62 degrees in there," Heather joked. Terry added, "And by the way, I got a text today from my daughter Max that said, 'Could you please not talk about your sex?' She was not happy. She was like 'shut it down.'"

And for many other parents of older children, this hits home in a relatable yet hilarious way.

When the couple heard rumors swirling around about Terry, they took to the podcast to shed some light on it with humor and relatability.

"What's the latest rumor? I'm gay, right? Isn't that the latest rumor," Terry asked Heather, who responded, "Yes, that's been for a while." He quickly followed it up with, "First of all, if I were gay, I would be GAYYYY!"

One viewer wrote in the comments, "He is so real for this. He would be the Liberace of plastic surgeons." Another wrote, "I’ve never heard or thought that lol he’s a good sport though. Keeper."

In another episode, Terry asks Heather, "Let's say I were out of the picture for whatever reason, something tragic, thoughts and prayers for Terry Dubrow's family. You met and fell for someone wonderful and he proposes to you and you're gonna get married. He has far less money than you. Are you making him sign a prenup?"

Many viewers took to the comments to tell Heather why "yes" is the only right answer here.
